Land Cruiser Club of the Philippines, Inc. was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC Reg. No. A199817854) on 1st of December, Year 1998 as a non-government, non stock, non profit, non sectarian organization whose incorporators are as follows:

Rodolfo L. Tan

Even before the incorporation, this group of adventurers had already been hitting the off-road trails north and south of Manila with their trusty Land Cruisers. It was only after some years together that the group thought of forming an organization that will bond them even more and at the same time increase their circle of friends by inviting individuals of similar interest, thus forming the Land Cruiser Club. Since it's incorporation, the club had organized a series of social-civic activities, off-road and trail races; participated in truck exhibits and supported the activities of other similar 4x4 clubs.

To date, the club has a membership of more than a hundred 4x4 enthusiasts whose 2009 set of officers are:
